Greenco Electrical & Communication Services is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and contractors and we pride ourselves on the delivery of quality projects for our customers.
To achieve this we have implemented an integrated Quality and Safety Management Plan. Independent third party audits conducted across our systems and internal quality procedures ensures best practice based on ISO9001 Quality certification. We also have a comprehensive safety system in place across all aspects of the business in full compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation based on certification AS/NZS 4801.
In recognising our responsibilities to our employees and contractors, we not only ensure strict compliance with all statutory obligations, we aim to exceed them.
We are continually striving to improve our safety process and quality procedures by identifying hazards and unsafe work practices and conditions. This is achieved through risk management programs and regular inspections and auditing of work functions.
We also engage and encourage personnel and subcontractors to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company and our systems.
All our employees and sub-contractors are fully trained, provided information, instruction and supervision. They are engaged in project specific safety management and made aware of their responsibilities at the planning stage, through progress meetings, pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
We incorporate safety behavioural initiatives throughout company operational locations to promote a positive safety culture on each and every worksite.
